Catherine is the Managing Partner of Stellan Partners and head of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, Restructuring practice. Her experience extends beyond corporate and M&A, giving her a broad, transversal approach to handling complex deals with multiple facets. Catherine has deep expertise in M&A transactions and regularly advises private equity clients on structuring, acquiring, or selling investment vehicles, targets, or joint ventures. She plays a key role in international real estate deals, as well as the structuring and financing of leveraged and management buyouts, incentive plans, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters. Her versatile skill set also enables her to assist operational companies with their day-to-day legal needs.
