Catherine Baflast is the Managing Partner of PwC Legal and co-head of the corporate practice within the firm. She acquired an experience in a wide range of areas beyond corporate and M&A that enhanced her transversal approach of complex deals involving numerous aspects. Catherine has an extensive experience in M&A transactions and advising private equity clients in the setting-up, acquisition or sale of investments structures, targets, or joint ventures. She is also particularly involved in international real estate deals as well as the structuring and financing of leverage and management buy-out transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganisations, management teams and corporate governance matters. With her transversal abilities, Catherine is also well versed in assisting operational companies daily.
