He represents both private equity and corporate clients in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive deal experience across many industry sectors. ​

Guy is a frequent speaker on M&A and corporate law developments and has authored articles on M&A and cross-border restructurings and other topics. He has been an assistant professor at the University of Leuven (Jan Ronse Instituut – KU Leuven) and Hasselt University for many years.
