In March 2009, Valérie Thiry, a communications and HR graduate, set up The Good Time Company, a teambuilding company offering country rallies in 2cvs. Over the years, the company has extended its catchment area and expanded its catalogue of activities.

The 2020-21 pandemic breathed new life into The Good Time Company: with the help of its international network, the company has become a driving force in the development and execution of virtual activities off the beaten track.

Valérie is convinced that the new working habits acquired during the pandemic are here to stay. That's why the company is continuing to develop a range of virtual and hybrid activities accessible to everyone.

At the end of 2024, a new service line will be launched for HR managers, offering them onboarding solutions for new recruits.

Im Laufe der Jahre erweitert das Unternehmen sein Einzugsgebiet und baut seinen Katalog an Aktivitäten aus.

Die Pandemie 2020-21 gab The Good Time Company neuen Auftrieb: Mithilfe seines internationalen Netzwerks wurde das Unternehmen zu einer treibenden Kraft bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung ungewöhnlicher virtueller Aktivitäten.

Valerie ist davon überzeugt, dass die neuen Arbeitsgewohnheiten, die während der Pandemie entwickelt wurden, von Dauer sind. Deshalb entwickelt das Unternehmen weiterhin eine Reihe von virtuellen und hybriden Aktivitäten, die für alle zugänglich sind.

Ende 2024 wird eine neue Service-Linie für Personalmanager eingeführt, die Lösungen für das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter anbietet.
