Anne-Sophie Boulanger has been Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at SIGI since August 2023. Her main task is to set up a PMO, a strategic department that does not yet exist, in order to structure and optimise project management. With over 20 years' experience in project management in various companies in Luxembourg and France, her expertise covers risk management, process improvement and digital transformation, with recognised certifications.

Depuis août 2023, Anne-Sophie Boulanger occupe le poste de Responsable du Project Management Office (PMO) au sein du SIGI. Sa mission principale consiste à mettre en place un PMO, un département stratégique encore inexistant, afin de structurer et optimiser la gestion des projets. Forte de plus de 20 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans diverses entreprises au Luxembourg et en France, son expertise couvre la gestion des risques, l'amélioration des processus, ainsi que la transformation digitale, avec des certifications reconnues.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, ein PMO als noch nicht vorhandene strategische Abteilung einzurichten, um das Projektmanagement zu strukturieren und zu optimieren.
