Forte de 25 ans d’expérience au Luxembourg au sein de grandes organisations, Florence Bastin a dirigé la Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché pendant 15 ans.
Jusqu’en mai 2025, elle a accompagné de nombreux entrepreneurs à travers sa société FLUX ADVISORS.
Depuis son entrée au Ministère des Finances en mai 2025, elle a renoncé à son titre d’expert-comptable et intervient aujourd’hui comme conseillère sur des projets stratégiques liés à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement du terrorisme.
Elle est diplômée Ingénieur Commercial en Finance de l’ICHEC Bruxelles et titulaire de certifications du MIT en intelligence artificielle ainsi que de l’ILA en tant qu’administrateur de fonds d’investissement.
Passionnée de plongée sous-marine, de protection des océans, de fitness et de voyages, elle accorde également une place centrale à sa vie de famille. Elle est mère de trois enfants.

With 25 years of experience in Luxembourg within major organizations, Florence Bastin led the Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché for 15 years.
Until May 2025, she advised numerous entrepreneurs through her company, FLUX ADVISORS.
Since joining the Ministry of Finance in May 2025, she has relinquished her certified public accountant title and now serves as an advisor on strategic projects related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
She holds a degree in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Finance from ICHEC Brussels, as well as certifications in Artificial Intelligence from MIT and as an investment fund director from the ILA.
Passionate about scuba diving, ocean conservation, fitness, and travel, she also places great importance on her family life. She is the mother of three children.
