Cécile Henlé advises a broad range of clients, including multinational enterprises, private equity houses, family offices and private clients.
Prior to joining SIMON Law, Cécile worked as a partner at two major international law firms and gained significant experience in cross-border transactions, group restructurings, structuring of private equity deals and setting up of investments funds, advising her clients both on the corporate and tax aspects.
She is a member of several tax and legal associations in Luxembourg and France, and currently co-chairs the Luxembourg branch of the Women of IFA Network (WIN). She has published numerous articles on various tax and corporate law topics and is a board member of the main Luxembourg tax law magazine edited by Legitech.
