A professional in his field since 2000, Nicolas has experience in the implementation of complex corporate structures dealing with multiple jurisdictions and advisers. Nicolas has strong experience in advising sophisticated investors, private equity firms and multinational corporations on aspects of complex structurings, LBO, mergers & acquisitions, transactions and financial restructurings. He has extensive experience in the set-up and operation of regulated and unregulated funds. Before joining ATOZ Services, Nicolas worked at ATOZ Tax Advisers for 20 years.

Nicolas is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
