Stéphanie advises real estate investors, asset and property managers, real estate developers and operators of commercial property business, owners (private individuals and corporate entities) of lands and properties, construction companies as well as investment funds and public authorities across all aspects of Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning. Her expertise includes among others advising on all aspects of leasing, purchase and sale of land and real estate property (through asset and share deals) and construction including performing due diligence, drafting/negotiating of contracts and required documentation related to real estate transactions including sale undertakings, deeds of sale, share purchase agreements, commercial, office and residential leases, construction contracts, facility management agreements, infrastructure agreements and legal documentation about co-living. She also provides legal assistance with respect to joint ownership property law and assists clients with business license application.
Stéphanie is a member of LuxReal asbl, the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg where she has been an elected member of the Executive Board for six years. She is also a member of the Luxembourg Environmental Law Association, the Real Estate Section of the International Bar Association (IBA), Interlaw and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and landuse experts in the world. She represents MOLITOR at the legal group of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.
