Stéphanie Juan is a Partner in MOLITOR’s Real Estate, Construction & Urban Planning practice group. She advises real estate investors, asset and property managers, developers, operators of commercial property businesses, private and corporate landowners, construction companies, investment funds and public authorities on all aspects of real estate and planning law. Her expertise includes leasing, acquisitions and disposals of land and real estate assets (via both asset and share deals), construction law, due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation.

She also assists clients in co-ownership and co-living matters, as well as business licence applications. Stéphanie is a member of LuxReal, the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg where she has served on the Executive Board, the Luxembourg Environmental Law Association, the Real Estate Section of the International Bar Association (IBA), Interlaw and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She also represents MOLITOR within the legal group of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.
