Aldric Grosjean is a Partner and Practice Leader of the Corporate team at Mourant in Luxembourg, an international law firm. His practice covers all corporate aspects, including private equity, M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, downstream investment funds structuring, redomiciliation and transactions, as well as related banking and finance matters. He works across a variety of sectors including real estate, energy, telecommunication, infrastructure and life sciences, and has considerable experience in cross-border transactions. He is named as a Leading Individual in Private Equity in the legal directory Legal 500 EMEA 2025.
Aldric joined Mourant in 2023, when they joined forces with LexField, which became its Luxembourg office. At LexField, he served as Co-Managing Partner and co-founded FideField to provide clients with an integrated offering of governance services and legal advice under a "one firm" approach.
Previously, Aldric led the Luxembourg Corporate practice of Loyens & Loeff in New York and London. He started his career at Allen & Overy in Luxembourg.
