Sasha Baillie is the CEO of the Luxembourg National Innovation Agency Luxinnovation since May 2018. After a 15-year career as a Luxembourg diplomat, which included postings in Brussels and Moscow, Sasha joined the cabinet office of the Ministry of Economy in 2014 and carried out a reform Luxembourg's economic promotion that led to the creation, in June 2016, of the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Board.
She also chaired the Luxembourg Nation Branding Committee until 2019 and steered the work that led to the creation in 2015 of LuxGovSat (a joint venture between the Luxembourg Government and SES) where she served as Chair of the Board.
Native English and Luxembourgish, also fluent in French and German, she speaks Spanish, Italian and some Russian. 
On 1 March 2025, she will leave her position at Luxinnovation to succeed Paul Dühr as Marshal of the Court.
