Camille Bourke is a fund formation Partner at Arendt. Camille worked at our Luxembourg and Brussels offices and founded the London office in 2007 where she is the resident partner.
Prior to joining Arendt, Camille practiced Corporate M&A at an international law firm in New York. She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001, the Paris Bar since 2004 and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar in 2005. Camille Bourke holds a degree in business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas as well as a Master's degree (LL.M.) from Harvard University.
