A graduate of the University of Nancy in chemistry then an MBA at EM Strasbourg and BWL Mannheim, Matthieu was part of the founding team in 2012 of the recruitment firm Hays Luxembourg. He helped create the technical department in Luxembourg, then in Montreal, then the creation of Hays Executive Search and, finally, took over the management of the Luxembourg entity which he grew to 40 people across four major divisions.

After 12 years within the Hays group, Matthieu takes up the challenge of continuing the growth of the Movify group in Luxembourg. Fruit of the marriage between the Luxembourg company Reborn and the Brussels company Movify, Movify Luxembourg has around thirty employees specialized in the design and development of mobile applications and websites.

Fruit du mariage entre la luxembourgeoise Reborn et la bruxelloise Movify, Movify Luxembourg compte une trentaine de collaborateurs spécialisés dans le design et développement d’applications mobiles et sites web.

Er half beim Aufbau der technischen Abteilung in Luxemburg, dann in Montreal, dann bei der Gründung von Hays Executive Search und übernahm schließlich die Leitung der luxemburgischen Niederlassung, die er auf 40 Mitarbeiter in vier Hauptabteilungen vergrösserte.

Nach 12 Jahren in der Hays-Gruppe stellt sich Matthieu der Herausforderung, das Wachstum der Movify-Gruppe in Luxemburg fortzusetzen. Als Ergebnis der Ehe zwischen dem luxemburgischen Unternehmen Reborn und dem Brüsseler Unternehmen Movify beschäftigt Movify Luxembourg rund dreizig Mitarbeiter, die auf die Gestaltung und Entwicklung mobiler Anwendungen und Websites spezialisiert sind.
