Since 2012, Nancy Thomas has headed up IMS - Inspiring More Sustainability, the leading network of Luxembourg companies active in the field of sustainable development.
IMS supports its members in finding new solutions and testing sustainable alternatives in practice, via working groups and pilot projects. With a background in communications and as a small business entrepreneur, Nancy has been involved for nearly 20 years in developing societal projects in not-for-profit organisations. She has also been vice-president of the advisory commission for Societal Impact Companies at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy since 2017 and a member of the CSDD-Conseil Supérieur du Développement Durable since September 2022. In 2019, she was a member of the Board of Directors of CSR Europe for a three-year term.

Depuis 2012, Nancy Thomas dirige IMS - Inspiring More Sustainability, le réseau leader des entreprises luxembourgeoises actives en matière de développement durable.
IMS accompagne ses membres sur de nouvelles solutions et teste concrètement des alternatives durables, via des groupes de travail et de projets pilotes. De formations en communication et entrepreneur de TPE/PME, Nancy a été impliqué depuis près de 20 ans dans le développement de projets sociétaux dans des organisations à but non lucratif. Elle est également vice-présidente de la commission consultative pour les Sociétés d’Impact Sociétal au Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire depuis 2017 et membre du CSDD-Conseil Supérieur du Développement Durable depuis septembre 2022. En 2019, elle a été membre du Conseil d’Administration de CSR Europe pour un mandat de trois ans.

Seit 2012 leitet Nancy Thomas IMS - Inspiring More Sustainability, das führende Netzwerk von Unternehmen in Luxemburg, die im Bereich der nachhaltigen Entwicklung aktiv sind.
IMS begleitet seine Mitglieder bei der Suche nach neuen Lösungen und testet nachhaltige Alternativen konkret in Arbeitsgruppen und Pilotprojekten. Nancy, die eine Ausbildung in Kommunikation absolviert hat und Unternehmerin eines kleinen oder mittelständischen Unternehmens ist, ist seit fast 20 Jahren an der Entwicklung von gesellschaftlichen Projekten in gemeinnützigen Organisationen beteiligt. Seit 2017 ist sie außerdem stellvertretende Vorsitzende des Beratungsausschusses für Gesellschaften mit sozialer Wirkung beim Ministerium für Arbeit, Beschäftigung und Sozial- und Solidarwirtschaft und seit September 2022 Mitglied des CSDD-Conseil Supérieur du Développement Durable (Oberster Rat für nachhaltige Entwicklung). Im Jahr 2019 war sie für eine dreijährige Amtszeit Mitglied des Vorstands von CSR Europe.
