Trained as an agricultural engineer at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Paul then spent three years there as a researcher in the Microbial Physiology and Ecology Unit, before joining Co-labor. Paul then became Executive Director of Greenpeace Luxembourg for seven years before joining the Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg team as Director General, while specialising in a Masters in Public Health. In 2020, he became coordinator of the General Secretariat at LSAP.
He is a member of the board of the association for the promotion of financial ethics and alternative finance Etika and a member of the board of the association Frères des Hommes Luxembourg. Paul has also published a number of articles on various themes relating to the environment, social issues and humanitarian aid.

Formé comme ingénieur agronome à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, Paul y a ensuite passé trois ans en tant que chercheur dans l'Unité de physiologie et d'écologie microbienne, avant de rejoindre Co-labor. Paul est ensuite devenu Directeur Exécutif de Greenpeace Luxembourg pour sept ans avant de rejoindre l'équipe de Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg comme Directeur Général, tout en se spécialisant à travers un Master en Santé Publique. En 2020, il devient coordinateur du Secrétariat Général au LSAP.
Il est membre du conseil d'administration de l'association pour la promotion de l'éthique financière et la finance alternative Etika et membre du Conseil d'administration de l'association Frères des Hommes Luxembourg. Paul a également publié de nombreux articles sur divers thèmes liés à l'environnement, les questions sociales et l'aide humanitiaire.

Paul wurde als Agraringenieur an der Freien Universität Brüssel ausgebildet und verbrachte dort anschließend drei Jahre als Forscher in der Abteilung für mikrobielle Physiologie und Ökologie, bevor er zu Co-labor wechselte. Anschließend wurde Paul für sieben Jahre Exekutivdirektor von Greenpeace Luxemburg, bevor er sich dem Team von Médecins Sans Frontières Luxemburg als Generaldirektor anschloss, während er sich durch einen Master in Public Health spezialisierte. Im Jahr 2020 wurde er Koordinator des Generalsekretariats bei der LSAP.
Er ist Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats des Vereins zur Förderung von Finanzethik und alternativer Finanzwirtschaft Etika und Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats des Vereins Frères des Hommes Luxembourg. Paul hat außerdem zahlreiche Artikel zu verschiedenen Themen im Zusammenhang mit Umwelt, sozialen Fragen und humanitärer Hilfe veröffentlicht.
