Biography

Régis Muller is Avocat à la Cour and a Partner at MOLITOR in the Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice. Régis is a highly experienced employ- ment lawyer with a long-standing record of representing and advising individuals and multinational groups in Luxembourg and abroad, in both transactional and litigation matters. He also has a broad commercial practice. Régis advises clients in a variety of matters such as disputed redundancies, negotiated terminations, harass- ment investigations, employment aspects for new businesses and due diligences, remuneration and termination packages, international mobility, immigration, pension rights and more generally all types of labour and social security issues, including collective bar- gaining agreement, relationship with staff delegations, transfer of undertaking, job retention and social plans. Regis is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA) and the Employment Law Specialists Association (ELSA).
