Jacques Wolter is Avocat à la Cour and a Partner at MOLITOR in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Insurance practices.
Jacques advises on commercial litigation, notably on construction and insurance matters. He also focuses on to commercial mediation and legal project management. He has an extensive experience in representing clients on a broad spectrum of matters related to litigation. Jacques’ skills as a systemic consultant and as a mediator allow him a modern approach to the concerns and questions that are raised. He helps to obtain cost-effective settlements in matters of high complexity: from highly emotional disputes, high number of involved parties or complexity of problems to solve. Jacques also supports regularly family businesses in their transition processes.
Jacques is Chairman of the Board of the Luxembourg “Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale” (CMCC) and chairman of the board of ARCUS asbl.
