Claire-Marie Darnand combines her practical and academic expertise in assisting clients in achieving their legal and commercial goals. Claire-Marie is primarily engaged in business transactions and corporate law. In such matters, she handles mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, joint ventures and corporate real estate. Furthermore, she advises clients on private equity matters such as acquisition structuring. Claire-Marie holds a master in business law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon, and a master in business law and Diploma of Higher Education in Common Law from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (2002). Claire-Marie is a member of the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg LuxReal. Since July 2017, she is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
