Diogo Duarte de Oliveira advises investment firms and multinational companies on their fund-raising structures, cross-border holding, financing, IP licensing and supply chain strategies. He is also heavily involved in private clients' wealth management structures. Diogo started his career in Portugal and has built his international tax experience in the Netherlands, Mexico, and Luxembourg, where he has been practising since 2006.He often publishes technical articles in renowned international tax magazines. In addition, Diogo regularly acts as a guest speaker or panelist around the world. He is a member of the executive committee in charge of legal/ tax initiatives at the Portuguese-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (CCILL) and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and International Bar Association (IBA).
