Paul Arbab is the Country Head and Board Member of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Luxembourg. With  background in banking and finance, Paul helped set up the TCS operations in Luxembourg in 2005 and obtain its PSF license. Under his leadership since 2013, the company has more than quadrupled its revenue and expanded its customer base well beyond the financial industry in the region. Prior to TCS, Paul worked for ABN Amro Bank in Luxembourg. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has traveled extensively and lived and worked in the United States, Colombia, Israel and China.
Motivated by his desire to promote the social and economic advancement of humanity, Paul collaborates, among others, with Unity Foundation (unityfoundation.lu), a Luxembourg NGO promoting educational initiatives for the empowerment of communities around the globe.

Paul Arbab ist Country Head und Vorstandsmitglied von Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Luxemburg. Mit seinem Hintergrund im Bank- und Finanzwesen half Paul Arbab 2005 beim Aufbau des TCS-Betriebs in Luxemburg und bei der Erlangung der PSF-Lizenz. Unter seiner Führung hat das Unternehmen seit 2013 seinen Umsatz mehr als vervierfacht und seinen Kundenstamm weit über die Finanzbranche in der Region hinaus erweitert. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei TCS arbeitete Paul für die ABN Amro Bank in Luxemburg. Er besitzt einen MBA der Thunderbird School of Global Management. Er ist viel gereist und hat in den Vereinigten Staaten, Kolumbien, Israel und China gelebt und gearbeitet.
Aus dem Wunsch heraus, den sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt der Menschheit zu fördern, arbeitet Paul unter anderem mit der Unity Foundation (unityfoundation.lu) zusammen, einer luxemburgischen Nichtregierungsorganisation, die Bildungsinitiativen für die Stärkung von Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt fördert.

Titulaire d'une formation dans le domaine bancaire et financier, Paul a contribué à la mise en place des opérations de TCS au Luxembourg en 2005 et à l’obtention de sa licence PSF. Sous sa direction depuis 2013, la société a plus que quadruplé son chiffre d'affaires et élargi sa clientèle bien au-delà de l'industrie financière dans la région. Avant de rejoindre TCS, Paul a travaillé pour ABN Amro Bank au Luxembourg. Il est titulaire d'un MBA de la Thunderbird School of Global Management. Il a beaucoup voyagé et a vécu et travaillé aux États-Unis, en Colombie, en Israël et en Chine.
