Dr. Stéphane Tholl embarked on his academic journey at the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France. Here, he laid the foundation of his career, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biology followed by a Master's degree in Microbiology with a specialization in Virology and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology.

Dr. Tholl joined Laboratoires Réunis Luxembourg, by beginning as a Project Manager in 2013. Assuming increasingly pivotal roles within the organization, from Head of Customer Relations to Chief Customer Officer, and later as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO, he demonstrated exceptional strategic foresight and the ability to drive transformative change. In October 2023, Dr. Tholl assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Stéphane Tholl begann seine akademische Laufbahn an der Université Louis Pasteur in Straßburg, Frankreich. Hier legte er den Grundstein für seine Karriere, indem er einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Biologie erlangte, gefolgt von einem Master-Abschluss in Mikrobiologie mit Schwerpunkt Virologie und einem Doktortitel in Molekular- und Zellbiologie.

Dr. Tholl trat 2013 als Projektmanager in die Laboratoires Réunis Luxembourg ein. Indem er zunehmend zentrale Rollen innerhalb der Organisation übernahm, vom Leiter des Kundenbeziehungsmanagements zum Chief Customer Officer und später zum Chief Operating Officer und stellvertretenden CEO, zeigte er eine außergewöhnliche strategische Weitsicht und eine Fähigkeit, transformative Veränderungen voranzutreiben. Im Oktober 2023 übernahm Dr. Tholl die Position des Chief Executive Officer.

Dr Stéphane Tholl a suivi sa formation universitaire à l’Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg, où il a obtenu un bachelier en biologie, un master en microbiologie avec spécialisation en virologie, ainsi qu’un doctorat en biologie moléculaire et cellulaire.

Il rejoint Laboratoires Réunis Luxembourg en 2013 en tant que chef de projet. Au fil des années, il y occupe plusieurs postes à responsabilité, notamment en tant que responsable des relations clients, directeur clientèle, directeur des opérations, puis directeur général adjoint. Ces différentes fonctions lui permettent d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie de l’organisation et de ses enjeux. Depuis octobre 2023, il exerce la fonction de CEO.
