Marjorie André, partner, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg office.

Marjorie is an experienced alternative investment funds lawyer, with a focus on private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, as well as other types of liquid and illiquid assets. She advises clients on the regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, establishing, operating and marketing Luxembourg regulated investment vehicles (including SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (including RAIFs and Luxembourg partnerships). She is also advising on ESG-related matters for various alternative investment fund managers.

Marjorie worked in Dubai for 4 years where she gained broad international experience and advised Middle East based clients on matters related to Luxembourg alternative funds.
