Hugo is a Partner of CMS Luxembourg Dispute Resolution team and heads our Employment practice. 
He has over 10 years‘ experience of supporting employer clients with the full spectrum of employment law issues, from day-to-day employment matters to complex employment litigation. 

Hugo’s areas of expertise also include civil and commercial law, real estate and construction law, financial criminal law as well as European and competition law. He has extensive experience advising all type of clients on dispute resolution strategies and litigation in the Luxembourg courts.
