Adriana is the Deputy Country Managing Partner of EY Luxembourg. Adriana specialises in transactional tax advice, leading multidisciplinary teams in large cross-border transactions and focusing on the design and implementation of co-investment structures, exit strategies. 
Adriana joined EY Luxembourg in 2007. She holds a law degree and LLM in International Tax Planning and Tax Management from ESADE Business School, Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona) and Universität Freiburg (Switzerland).
