Elmar is the Luxembourg leader for EY’s Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team. He has a long experience in operating Global Compliance and Reporting mandates in Luxembourg including tax accounting projects.

Additionally, Elmar has significant experience in Luxembourg and cross-border tax risk management and advisory projects. Before joining EY, Elmar worked as Tax Lawyer and Head of Finance and Tax.
