With 18 years of experience in various areas of taxation, Fernando is a Transfer Pricing Partner and EY Luxembourg TMT Tax Leader.

Fernando has assisted a wide variety of multinational companies in managing the transfer pricing implications associated with complex intercompany transactions, including business restructuring, license of intellectual property, cost sharing and management services.

He can speak English, French and Spanish. Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Saragossa (Spain) and a Master’s degree in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges (Belgium).
