Antoine Dupuis is a Partner at ATOZ in the International & Corporate Tax department. Antoine has over a decade of experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on the Private Equity, Real Estate, and Alternative investment sectors, as well as Multinational Corporations. He advises a wide range of international investors on tax matters of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations and divestures. A secondment to Shanghai in 2012 allowed Antoine to develop additional experience in the field of cross-border operations. Antoine is a CFA charterholder with a Master’s degree in Economics, completed by a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg tax law.
