Pierre Mifsud has been appointed Head of Depositary services as of 15 August 2023..
 
Pierre is part of Vistra’s Alternative Investment management board and takes lead for the Depositary services product direction and strategy to deliver industry standard AIFMD compliant solutions and end-to-end services to our clients. Pierre has an extensive experience in the field, and has held similar positions at CSC Luxembourg Services (the parent of Intertrust), including Edmond de Rothschild, KBL and Citco. Pierre is a French citizen and has studied in Paris and the UK.
 
Pierre holds a Master of Science in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as a Bachelor in European Economy and Management from the University of Abertay in Scotland,  and graduated from the Marketing and Management IDRAC Business School in Paris.

Pierre fait partie du comité de gestion des investissements alternatifs de Vistra et prend la tête de l'orientation et de la stratégie des services de dépôt afin de fournir à nos clients des solutions conformes à la directive AIFMD et des services de bout en bout. Pierre a une grande expérience dans ce domaine et a occupé des postes similaires chez CSC Luxembourg Services (la société mère d'Intertrust), y compris Edmond de Rothschild, KBL et Citco. Pierre est de nationalité française et a étudié à Paris et au Royaume-Uni.
 
Il est titulaire d'un Master of Science in Banking and International Finance de la Cass Business School de Londres, ainsi que d'un Bachelor in European Economy and Management de l'Université d'Abertay en Ecosse, et est diplômé de l'école de commerce IDRAC Marketing et Management à Paris.

Pierre ist französischer Staatsbürger und hat in Paris und im Vereinigten Königreich studiert.
