Olivier Bichel holds an MSc in Urban Planning & Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano. Since 2024, he has been co-president of the local chapter of Stater Sozialisten. Since 2025 he wokrs as an attaché for the Luxembourgish government in European territorial cooperation and international affairs.

At the local level, he is committed to improving the quality of life in the capital by promoting equitable urban development that addresses future challenges. He also advocates for the development of Luxembourg City's real estate portfolio, particularly by expanding affordable rental housing.

At the national level, he campaigns for modern and fair taxation, the introduction of a basic income, and a profound transformation of urban development and territorial planning policies to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

Olivier Bichel hat einen Master in Stadtplanung und Politikdesign vom Politecnico di Milano. Seit 2024 ist er Co-Vorsitzender des lokalen Kapitels der Stater Sozialisten. Seit 2025 berät er die luxemburgische Regierung zur europäischen territorialen Zusammenarbeit und internationalen Angelegenheiten.

Lokal setzt er sich für Lebensqualität in Luxemburg-Stadt ein – durch faire Stadtentwicklung und mehr bezahlbare Mietwohnungen.

Auf nationaler Ebene kämpft er für gerechte Besteuerung, ein Grundeinkommen und eine grundlegende Reform der Raumplanung, um die Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts zu bewältigen.

Olivier Bichel est titulaire d’un master en urbanisme et politiques urbaines du Politecnico di Milano. Depuis 2024, il est co-président de la section locale des Stater Sozialisten. Depuis 2025, il est attaché auprès du gouvernement luxembourgeois pour la coopération territoriale européenne et les affaires internationales.

À l’échelle locale, il œuvre pour une meilleure qualité de vie à Luxembourg-ville en soutenant un développement urbain équitable et en défendant l’élargissement de l’offre de logements locatifs abordables.

Au niveau national, il milite pour une fiscalité juste, l’introduction d’un revenu de base, et une refonte des politiques d’aménagement du territoire adaptées aux enjeux du 21eme siècle.
