Bernd Von Manteuffel has worked in the European real estate world for more than 35 years. He is an acknowledged player in real estate investment and revaluation. He has co-founded several vehicles, including OK Haus und Immobilien Gmbh Property management (+€1 billion under management), Jurag AG (+€300 million under management) and Mercureim.

Bernd Von Manteuffel is particularly active in the German real estate market where he has developed a wide network of major partners and investors.

He is also cofounder and member of the fund investment committees of the Mercureim EF1, and cofounder and administrator of the funds Everest One and Buildim, subsidiaries of MIMCO Capital.
