François de la Caffinière is a real estate entrepreneur with a keen interest in innovative models of living environments. His career began in communications before he transitioned to the real estate industry.

In 2012, François founded Valéan, a Luxembourg-based firm specialising in property management and development. His portfolio comprises a range of projects, including the construction and renovation of residential complexes, the design and management of furnished flats, and the development of coliving spaces.

In addition to his work with Valéan, François is the founder of the April Initiative, a non-profit think tank that promotes cross-disciplinary dialogue among professionals innovating in the built environment. François has also established Ground-1, a platform facilitating the realisation of visionary architectural concepts.
