In 2013, Alain, along with his visionary colleagues, co-founded Doctena SA, a company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare accessibility through online appointment booking. Since its inception, Alain has been instrumental in shaping Doctena's trajectory, serving as its Chief Information Officer (CIO) from October 2016 to September 2020, and subsequently assuming the mantle of CEO in September 2020.
