Reyhan Gulec is a lawyer specialising in investment funds, with extensive experience across both Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and UCITS. Her expertise spans the entire lifecycle of funds, from structuring, authorisation through to ongoing operations and liquidation. She advises a broad range of clients, including alternative asset managers, promoters, management companies and investors, and regularly conducts legal and regulatory due diligence on investment funds.

She is particularly recognised for her work in impact investing, advising global development finance institutions on their investment strategies. Besides Reyhan has deep regulatory expertise in AML and ESG frameworks, at both domestic and EU level, and is known for her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic, value-driven solutions.

Her practice also covers company law, corporate matters and corporate governance, enabling her to serve as an independent board member for funds and companies. She has experience across both thematic and non-thematic strategies in real estate, private equity, infrastructure and impact funds, primarily domiciled in Luxembourg.
