Imad is a Partner in the Financial Services Industry practice of Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg. 
He specialised in the audit of complex investment funds (umbrella funds, master-feeder and pooling structures, funds with multiple shares classes, funds charging performance fees, etc.), funds of Hedge Funds including PE/RE direct and indirect investments as well as the audit of Professionals of Financial Sector (PFS) during his carrier at Deloitte Luxembourg. 
Since 2019, Imad joined Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg as signing director and got promoted to audit Partner in 2022. He is in charge of a portfolio composed by Private Equity and Real Estate vehicles as well as management companies and other type of funds.
