Florent Albert joined Lombard International Assurance in 2015. He is currently Managing Director Europe and Group Chief Financial Officer. He is a Member of the Board of the Association of Luxembourg Insurers, of which he was Vice-Chairman of the International Life Commission from 2016 to 2020. Mr Albert started his career in M&A at Continentale d'Entreprises (Artemis Group). He then joined the GE Group where he held various leadership roles in the US and Europe. After GE, Florent Albert joined RSA Insurance in London and then MetLife France, based in Paris. Mr. Albert holds a MSc in Economics and Corporate Finance from the University of Bordeaux, a MPhil in Industrial Organization and Labour Economics from Toulouse School of Economics, and a MSc in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.

Il siège au Conseil de l'Association des Assureurs luxembourgeois, dont il a été vice-président de la Commission Vie internationale de 2016 à 2020. M. Albert a commencé sa carrière dans le domaine des fusions et acquisitions à la Continentale d'Entreprises (groupe Artemis). Il a ensuite rejoint le groupe GE où il a occupé différents postes de direction aux États-Unis et en Europe, puis a rejoint RSA Insurance à Londres et MetLife France à Paris. M. Albert est titulaire d'un Master en économie et finance d'entreprise de l'Université de Bordeaux, d'un Master en organisation industrielle et économie du travail de Toulouse School of Economics, et d'un Master en management stratégique de HEC Paris.
