Claudine Posty serves as Director, EU Customer Fulfillment for People eXperience and Technology at Amazon. She leads a team that supports more than 150,000 employees across Europe, who work in a wide variety of hourly and salaried roles.

A French national, Ms. Posty has worked in Austria, the U.S., and Luxembourg over the course of her 20+ year career in HR. Prior to Amazon, she worked at Siemens and Skype, in HR management roles. She is deeply passionate about talent management, employee experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Ms. Posty has studied German and Economics at the PhD level and speaks French, German, and English.
