Irina is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive 16-year track record in the field of valuation. Her career is marked by remarkable achievements, including building a valuation practice from scratch at Forvis Mazars four years ago. She currently holds the pivotal position of leading the Valuation Service Line, where she oversees a dynamic team of 15 talented individuals mainly involved in private equity, venture and private debt valuation.
Throughout her career, Irina has consistently demonstrated her exceptional expertise in valuation methodologies and financial analysis. She has become a frequent lecturer giving technical valuation trainings to clients, professional associations and colleagues. 
Irina is also the head of the audit assist function of Forvis Mazars ensuring quality of valuation reviews for audit clients.
