Bart Van Droogenbroek is the Chairman of the Board at EY Luxembourg and the leader of the TMT sector. Prior to these roles, he led EY Luxembourg’s tax practice for six years, defining strategy and operational direction. He also served as Deputy Managing Partner of EMEIA FSO Tax & Legal, contributing to the implementation of the region's strategy. A former global leader of EY's telecommunications tax sector, Bart coordinated the EY network to address the fiscal challenges of clients in the sector.
With 28 years of experience, he has advised on cross-border tax matters, including restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, Transfer Pricing, and intellectual property. As an author of many articles on Luxembourg's attractiveness, he regularly speaks at prestigious national and international conferences and seminars.

Bart Van Droogenbroek est président du board d'EY Luxembourg et leader du secteur TMT. Avant ces rôles, il a dirigé la pratique fiscale d'EY Luxembourg pendant six ans, définissant stratégie et orientation opérationnelle.
