Prepare for the EU’s new obligations on pay gap reporting and employee’s right to information about pay levels.

The EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970, adopted in June 2023, introduces new transparency and reporting obligations for employers across the European Union. With compliance required by June 2026, organisations in Luxembourg are now preparing for new rules on pay transparency, gender pay gap assessments, and related reporting duties.

Paperjam, in collaboration with PwC experts, is hosting a one-hour webinar designed to help HR and business leaders understand what the Directive means in practice.

The webinar will cover the risks of non‑compliance and provide an interactive space to ask questions and share experiences on building fair pay frameworks, strengthening internal processes, and reinforcing trust through transparent practices.

Objectives:

- Introduce full pay transparency from the moment of hiring.

- Guaranteeing employees' right to information.

- Clarify career paths with progression criteria and transparency of pay structures.

- Drive pay equity through the annual publication and rigorous analysis of pay gap reports.
