Paperjam HR Leaders 2026 is the flagship event dedicated to recognising those who actively contribute to the transformation of human resources and the evolution of management practices in Luxembourg.

At a time when organisations must balance performance, engagement and purpose, this event shines a spotlight on HR leaders who stand out through their innovative initiatives, strategic vision and lasting impact on today’s and tomorrow’s world of work.

This year, the Awards will be presented during an exclusive gala dinner, bringing together around 300 decision-makers, executives, HR directors and HR experts. A unique setting to celebrate excellence, share inspiring experiences and strengthen connections within Luxembourg’s HR community.

An evening dedicated to HR excellence and innovation

For its second edition, the HR Leaders of the Year competition mobilised more than 420 HR directors based in Luxembourg through a peer-to-peer voting process. Organised in two rounds, the election identified the most innovative and inspiring profiles in the HR field.

During the Paperjam HR Leaders 2026 evening, five winners shortlisted among the 46 finalists will be honoured in the following categories:

– Institutional

– Retail & Hospitality

– Services

– Financial Sector

– HR Leader of the Year. 

An inspiring keynote to open the evening

The ceremony will open with an inspiring keynote by Gabrielle Halpern, Doctor of Philosophy and essayist, renowned for her work on the hybridisation of models, organisational transformation and new balances in the world of work.

Through both a philosophical and practical perspective, she will invite participants to rethink management practices, move beyond traditional oppositions and imagine more agile, human-centred and sustainable HR models.
