Luxembourg Yoga Conference

 Yoga Conference Luxembourg

Yoga Conference Luxembourg

On September 25-27th 2026, the Luxembourg Yoga Conference returns for its 4th edition.

The event, over 3 days and with 13 sessions, is organised by Inhale asbl--an association dedicated to health and wellbeing--aims to create a living space where people come together to grow, heal, inspire & get inspired.

About the origin of this conference is Isabelle Thill, yoga teacher and former studio owner. Having attended numerous yoga conferences herself, she wanted to create this unique experience in Luxembourg, mostly with teachers who influenced herself deeply.

“In one intense weekend, you meet a multitude of international and local teachers, discover different styles and educate yourself with various lectures. You leave feeling stimulated and inspired to integrate these new tools into a more holistic and healthy lifestyle.” she explains.

Between sessions, there is space to rejuvenate with the massage therapist, Francesca Negri, on site offering diverse treatments. In the spirit of the YCL, you can refuel with delicious nourishing and healthy vegetarian meals by Mesa Verde Luxembourg.

A natural flow

The conference traditionally opens on Friday evening taught by Isabelle. Her Jivamukti class, a contemporary style of yoga, is accompanied by live DJ music. This year, her fellow yoga teacher, Agnes Kru from Mallorca, will teach along with her. This moment sets the tone for the weekend: a collective, vibrant practice.

After the opening practice, presenters from different backgrounds will share their approaches. Amongst them are Marina De Lima (Brazil), Sophie Seale (France), Laurenz Verkrusse (Antwerp), Matthieu Boldron with the “Change perspective band “ (France), Leyli Schaber (Luxembourg) and Blair Hughes (Scotland).

The programme has been designed to follow a natural flow, alternating between more dynamic practices, moments of exploration and opportunities to slow down and restore.

Saturday begins with a dynamic Vinyasa Masterclass, before moving into deeper explorations for intermediate practitioners, including workshops such as Backbends & Mobility and Pincha Mayurasana Playtime, focusing on inversions.

For those looking for a gentler experience, the all-levels Yin & Qi Gong Flow Yoga class offers a quieter space and is also accessible to beginners.

The programme extends beyond physical practice. Sophie Seale, a Jungian psychoanalyst, will explore impact of yoga on the traumas in your body, looking at how yoga can help alleviate the stress and anxiety generated by our increasingly fast-paced lifestyles, while

The day culminates in a kirtan with the Change Perspective Band—an immersive musical journey that bridges traditional roots with the contemporary world. Through uplifting call-and-response chanting, this 90-minute concert invites participants to open their hearts, raise their voices and experience both collective unity and their own inner resonance. The kirtan is open to everyone, young and old alike.

Sunday has a similar format, but with different topics.

Start the day with Marina de Lima’s Elemental Flow and discover new expressions of yoga. Mathieu Boldron will bring a playful and dynamic element to the programme with AcroYoga, while his afternoon lecture will explore how yoga teachers can stand out and find

For those ready to explore movement in a different way, join Antwerp-based teacher Laurenz Verkruysse to the Flow Beyond Resistance, a slow—but spicy—Creative Masterclass.

Music remains a common thread throughout the weekend, including Bhakti Vinyasa: Heart & Movement, Mathieu Boldron’s signature flow accompanied by live music from the Change Perspective Band.

And finally, Leyli Schaber will close the weekend with a gentle and restorative Yin Yoga class—a moment to slow down, integrate and seal the experience.

Creating community

Behind the richness of the programme lies a broader vision.

Isabelle Thill insists that the Luxembourg Yoga Conference is not conceived as a business. “The idea is to create a local and international community where people come with the same intention: to uplift one another and to promote a holistic lifestyle, to raise awareness and to make the world a better place.

Furthermore, without all the wonderful volunteers who generously give their time and energy through selfless service—seva—the event simply would not exist.

From welcoming you at reception and driving our teachers to and from the airport, to helping behind the scenes and supporting the team throughout the weekend, every contribution matters.

Their generosity, dedication and enthusiasm are an essential part of what makes YCL so special. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of them.”

The Luxembourg Yoga Conference is an invitation to explore, to slow down and to reconnect—with yourself, with others and with the wider yoga community.
