Recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance, engagement... AI already touches on all aspects of HR.This workshop will help you integrate it as an ally of the HR profession, freeing up time, enriching the employee experience, and strengthening your human impact.

This workshop offers a practical exploration of AI at the heart of HR professions: recruitment, talent management, training, performance, internal communication, and managerial support.

Structured in four stages: preparing, introducing task agents, rethinking HR workflows, and creating “digital colleagues”, it shows how AI can become a real support in everyday life.

Participants work on real-life cases: writing job descriptions, pre-selecting applications, preparing interviews, onboarding processes, development plans, and continuous feedback.

They learn to distinguish between what requires human judgment, ethics, and empathy, and what can be usefully assisted by AI.

The workshop also addresses issues specific to HR: bias, fairness, confidentiality, employee trust, and the role of the HR professional.

AI is not presented as a tool for control or standardization, but as a lever for better recruiting, better supporting, and helping people grow.

Objectives:

- Identify concrete use cases for AI in key HR areas (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, communication)

- Clarify what must remain fundamentally human in the HR role (listening, judgment, fairness, support) and what can be assisted.

- Rethink a key HR process by integrating AI to improve the employee experience and the quality of decisions.

- Understand the risks specific to HR (bias, confidentiality, dependency, loss of meaning) and put appropriate safeguards in place.

- Build a vision of an HR function enhanced by AI, more strategic, more human, and more impactful.
