The future of work is defined by two major trends that are shaping the work environment, the workforce and the nature of work. The first trend is the increasing use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics in the workplace. The second trend is the evolution of physical distribution of the workforce and the rise of hybrid workforce models. Ten speakers will share their insights on theses matters.

As an exclusive feature of Paperjam 10x6, discover the launch of the first edition of the ‘Paperjam HR Leaders 2025’ Awards. This initiative has been developed to reward HR Leaders elected by their peers in 5 categories: Institutional, Retail & Hospitality, Services, Financial Centre and HR Leader of the Year.

For this special edition, five experts will speak for six minutes each, and the five winners of the “Paperjam HR Leaders 2025” will also share, in a few words, their perspectives on the ‘Future of Work’.

The Paperjam 10x6 are the business club's must-attend monthly meetings, in true flagship format. Nine meetings are scheduled for 2025.

Presentations are given either in French or English, depending on the speaker's preference. Simultaneous translation into English and French is available.
