Hear about different cultural culinary practices and learn how to transform leftovers into tasty meals.

Organised by Les 2 Musées de la Ville de Luxembourg, this workshop aims to help participants embrace and appreciate the value of leftovers, while raising awareness of mindful consumption and efforts to reduce food waste.

Attendees will “engage in a hands-on activity where they can creatively transform their own leftovers and share how their culture view and utilise leftovers in their culinary practices,” say the organisers. People will be encouraged to share anecdotes and family stories related to leftover meals or how traditional dishes have evolved from the concept of using leftovers.
