Peter Brown has been named Luxembourg managing director of Zedra, a firm that provides corporate & global expansion, active wealth, pensions & incentives, and fund services.

As Luxembourg managing director for Zedra, will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing service delivery in the grand duchy, the firm said in a press release issued on 21 October 2024.

“Peter’s ability to lead in complex financial environments and his depth of alternative funds experience, will play a pivotal role in expanding Zedra’s presence in the region,” commented Zedra’s global head of funds, Wim Ritz, with whom Brown will work closely. “We are very pleased to welcome him at such an exciting time.”

Prior to joining Zedra, Brown worked at the fund and corporate services provider Aztec Group, holding the roles of head of Luxembourg and group head of private credit. He worked at RBS International from 2015 to 2019, serving as managing director, head of funds banking and London branch manager, and before that, worked at Natwest Group. He is also a council member at the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.

Brown’s appointment follows Zedra’s announcement in June of its partnership with Luxembourg based Creapartners, an independent provider of corporate, investment funds and family office services. As managing director, Brown will work closely with the Creapartners colleagues to “integrate the teams.”
