The Paperjam Club welcomes a new member: 10-7 Group. Introduction in three questions.

Can you sum up your company’s activities in a few words?

Eric Dejardin & Sébastien Dejardin:  is a real estate network based in Luxembourg, specialising in property sales, purchases, and life annuities. Through our dedicated 10-7 B2B--tenant representation service, we exclusively support companies in finding office spaces tailored to their professional requirements. This bespoke and personalised approach--rooted in human connection--helps businesses optimise their rental costs effectively.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate into your mission and values?

Founded as a family business, our group is built on values of proximity, transparency, and trusted guidance. Starting out in residential sales, we have since expanded to offer a tailored B2B service in response to increasing demand from companies. We help identify future office spaces, negotiate leases to reduce costs, and optimise workspace layouts. At the heart of everything we do lies the human connection and the quality of the support we provide.

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

Our goal is to simplify office searches for members by offering practical, personalised, and independent support. We are committed to actively contributing to the Club’s community by sharing our experience, network, and tailored solutions that address each member’s unique challenges.
