And we did it right! Served generously (it can clearly be shared by two) and topped with rocket and grated cheese, this "lost" brioche quickly found its way back to our taste buds thanks to a very good roast beef and a particularly successful "tomato relish".
For the rest of the meal, two options were available: a classic Caesar salad (€21) - which often gives you a good idea of an establishment - or a "codfish/grilled potatoes" that smells like summer (€24). Not to mention the small baos of pulled pork (€16) not far behind this leading duo. In the end, it is the fish that wins, cooked to perfection, and seasoned just so, it was as good as for the starter and no useless effects.
