The Paperjam Business Club welcomes a new member: Hästens. Presentation in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Charles Mersch: For more than 20 years, we have been welcoming our customers to Heiderscheid in a calm and warm setting. We offer a selection focused on comfort, design, and well-being. Representing in Luxembourg since 2013, we refocussed our business in 2024 in our main space, offering a more intimate and accessible experience, away from the pace of the city centre.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate into your mission and values?

Our family history, with 70 years of experience, is at the heart of FiisschenConcept. We favour a human and sustainable approach, taking the time to listen to each customer. This philosophy is reflected in our selection of top-of-the-range products, such as Hästens beds, and in our way of working: made-to-measure, respectful and local.

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

We see the Club as an inspiring platform for exchange. We want to share our expertise in comfort and design, while developing new synergies. It’s an opportunity for genuine encounters with other members, and a way for us to actively contribute to a quality local dynamic.
