On Tuesday, February 25, we had the pleasure of welcoming 450 members to Kinepolis Kirchberg for an evening dedicated to the evolution of female representation on boards of directors.

Five years after the initial initiatives highlighted by Paperjam, this 10x6 event provided an opportunity to assess the progress made, analyse the ongoing challenges and explore effective strategies for more inclusive governance. Our speakers, all leaders in their respective fields, shared their experiences, the obstacles they encountered and the opportunities they seized throughout their careers.

The evening was opened by the minister for gender equality and diversity, Yuriko Backes, and continued with inspiring talks from Carine Feipel, Andreea Monnat, Marie-Adélaïde Leclercq-Olhagaray, Marina Andrieu, Claudia Eustergerling, Alexa Ballmann, Nicole Avez-Nana, Christine Theodorovics, Agnieszka Zajac and Daniela Clara Moraru.
