A large black flag flying the Great logo is on display at 1, rue de Strasbourg, the fast food location that formerly housed Victorine near Luxembourg City’s central train station.
The brand has undergone more than a simple rebranding. Posters, inside and outside, boast of a price reduction, which can be confirmed by comparing the old menu with the prices displayed in the newly branded shop (around -14% according to a comparison carried out on certain products on 13 September).
As of 23 August, according to the Trade and Companies Register (RCS). Pascal Brasseur had handed over the company to Didier Bode. Brasseur’s Linkedin profile still says he is the founder and chief executive of Victorine through his Feedlux sàrl company. Bode, on the other hand is also the production manager for TD Food sàrl, according to his email signature. Contacted by Delano’s sister publication Paperjam on 12 September, he declined to comment.
TD Food had shares in Feedlux
The company names of Victorine Gare and Victorine Bains have since been updated to Great on the companies register. However, there was no change for Victorine Cloche d'Or, which, as of 10 August, had passed into the hands of Pascal Brasseur after having been managed by Dionisio Sicoli since April, just like the other two restaurants.
TD Food is not totally new to Victorine. When it was incorporated in 2017, Feedlux was split between Charles Brasseur, with 50 shares, and LS Lunch sàrl, with another 50. [LS Lunch sàrl was renamed TD Food in March 2022]. Pascal Brasseur was appointed manager of Feedlux at the end of 2021. In April, the shares changed between TD Food (48%), Charles Brasseur (47%) and Dionisio Sicoli (5%). Before Pascal Brasseur took over 100% of the shares in July.
Abdelaziz Daoudi and Emanuele Totaro as beneficial owners
TD Food is majority owned by G.D. Investments SA (1,990 shares). Dionisio Sicoli has 10 shares, according to the latest update.
G.D. Investments has Abdelaziz Daoudi and his intercommunity trustee as directors, as well as Emanuele Totaro. Both names are listed as beneficial owners of Great Gare and Great Bains on the dedicated register (RBE), at 49.75% each, as of 12 August 2022. On the other hand, Pascal Brasseur remains the beneficial 100% owner of Victorine Cloche d'Or.
Except that according to several sources, Victorine in the Cloche d'Or shopping centre has been closed for several weeks. This was confirmed at the Cloche d'Or reception, though they could not provide any further infromation as to whether this was a temporary or permanent closure.
Contacted about the development of Great or the future of Victorine at the Cloche d'Or, neither shareholder Abdelaziz Daoudi, nor Pascal Brasseur responded to Paperjam.
