The Paperjam Club welcomes a new member: R3i Ventures. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Leesa Soulodre. – “ supports and backs dual use deep tech companies operating at the intersection of climate, health, water, space and security. We combine operator led venture building, regulatory readiness and cross-border capital to help founders commercialise frontier technologies with sovereigns, corporates and institutions in highly regulated markets.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate to your mission and values?

“R3i Ventures was born from years of operating in regulated markets where breakthrough technology can die in the gap between laboratory, law and liquidity. We exist to close that gap. Our mission is to turn frontier IP into trusted, scalable solutions for sovereigns and institutions, with values rooted in regulatory rigor, transparency and impact at system level.

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

“We are seeking long‑term partners who are passionate about deep‑tech solutions to climate, health, water and security risks. We bring a global network of founders, investors and policymakers, and will help the Club grow by creating deal flow, co‑investment opportunities and curated connections between Luxembourg and key innovation hubs.”
